Somnr offers a subscription to unlock premium features, including the full Energy Age model, crash diagnostics, Routine Import, and Optimal Day. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments and applicable taxes. Subscriptions are managed via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We may update subscription plans at any time.

The Energy Age is a motivational wellness estimate based on documented relationships between sleep, activity, stress, and energy. It is not a clinical measurement, medical diagnosis, or health advice. It is always framed as an "estimate." Somnr is a Health & Fitness app — not a medical device.

Routine verdicts are estimates based on Somnr's Energy Age model. They are not endorsements or criticisms of any individual, creator, or brand. Scores reflect the model's assessment of general habit impact — not personal medical advice.

All content, design, and features of the app are the property of Kams and protected by copyright. Your personal data (Energy Age history, crash records, sleep data) belongs to you.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data. By using Somnr, you agree to our data practices as described.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without prior notice or liability.

Somnr is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that Energy Age calculations will be clinically accurate. Results depend on the quality and completeness of your inputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
